The Marketplace Venue

If you don’t want to host in your home or pay additional room fees for other event spaces, have your event at our place! The Marketplace Venue is an event space dressed in rustic elegance décor ,and includes the full use of our gorgeous farmhouse patio. Two blocks from the beach it is perfect for beach weddings, but can accommodate all types of events. Our maximum capacity is 150 guests with the use of both our rustic room and farmhouse patio.

The patio is decorated with beautiful landscaping and comes with options for tenting and space heaters for those crisp spring or fall events.

We can accommodate any style of event from cocktail parties, BBQs, buffets, formal seated dinners and more!
